Four ways to pay

Free forever

₹0, for up to 50 members. Includes member management, fees and dues, attendance tracking and member import. It does not include the member app.

WhatsApp add-on

₹299 a month, for gyms on the free plan. Adds WhatsApp renewal messages, welcome messages and payment due alerts.

Monthly

₹999 a month, billed monthly.

Yearly

₹9,999 a year, billed once a year. That works out to ₹833 a month, about 17% less than twelve monthly payments.

No GST is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

There is no per-member charge, no per-message charge and no setup fee. You try everything free for 14 days, then choose a paid plan or the free forever plan for up to 50 members.

Every feature in the paid plans

Nothing is held back for a higher plan. Both the monthly and the yearly plan include all of this:

• Member management: records, plans, expiry dates, renewals, search and filters.
• Fees and dues: cash, UPI and card payments, part payments and pending dues.
• Attendance tracking: a front-desk check-in kiosk and a full log.
• Member app and workouts: a digital card, streaks, leaderboards and rewards, with workout programs you assign.
• WhatsApp reminders: unlimited automatic messages for welcome, renewal, expiry, dues and birthdays.
• Reports and analytics: five plain-English reports and a PDF download.
• Import and export: bring your members in from Excel or CSV and export your data any time.
• Direct support from the person who builds GymFlow.

The 14-day free trial

Create your gym account and use every feature for 14 days. No credit card is needed to start, and you can cancel anytime. A banner in the app counts down the days left in your trial. Load your real member list with the Excel import during the trial, so you judge GymFlow on your own gym and not on sample data.

During the trial a gym can hold up to 50 members, and the member app and WhatsApp messages cover those first 50. A paid plan removes the limit.

How activation works

1. Choose Monthly, Yearly or the WhatsApp add-on on the subscription page in the app. It shows a UPI QR code and UPI ID for the exact amount, which you can scan with any UPI app such as GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or BHIM.
2. Complete the payment, then take a screenshot of it.
3. Upload the screenshot (or a PDF) on the same page.
4. We verify the payment, which usually takes a few hours, and switch your account on.

If you pay again before your plan ends, the new period is added to the days you have left, so an early payment never costs you time.

GymFlow does not store a card and nothing is charged automatically. You pay when you decide to, so there is no surprise renewal.

After the trial ends

When your trial ends, GymFlow takes you to the subscription page each time you open the owner console, until a plan is activated. Pay and upload your screenshot as above, and you carry on with the same members and records. Before a paid plan ends, the app warns you how many days are left, so you can pay again in good time.

Until a plan is active, your members and records stay safe but cannot be changed: adding members, recording payments, sending messages and editing are paused. The subscription page, your account settings and support stay open. Members cannot sign in to the member app, and no WhatsApp messages go out, until you renew.

Cancellation

Because you pay by hand, there is no subscription to cancel: GymFlow never renews on its own. If you do not pay again, access ends when your plan does. While your account is active you can export your members, payments and attendance to Excel, and delete your gym's data from Account settings.

Common questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. There is a free forever plan for up to 50 members, available after the free 14-day trial. It does not include the member app, and WhatsApp messages on it need the ₹299 a month add-on. The trial has every feature and needs no credit card. For unlimited members choose the monthly or the yearly plan.

Do you charge per member or per WhatsApp message?

No. Members and WhatsApp messages are unlimited on both paid plans, and the price does not change as your gym grows.

Is GST added to the price?

No GST is added. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start the trial and use every feature without entering any card details.
